Learner Information
Trinity Post 16 Solutions Ltd provides a bespoke, roll-on, roll-off programme designed to support young people in achieving their Education, Health, and Care Plan (EHCP) targets.
Each learner's programme is carefully tailored to address their individual needs. Learners can choose from our Enable, Engagement, Preparation for Adulthood, or Supported Internship pathways. Detailed information about these options is available under the Courses section.
As part of their programme, learners will complete a qualification in independent living, equipping them with essential skills for a successful transition into adulthood.
For those pursuing specific vocational interests, we offer industry-recognised vocational qualifications delivered by expert tutors. Learners also have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience through high-quality work placements.
In addition, learners can work towards qualifications in English and Maths, ranging from Functional Skills to GCSE levels. They can also develop their digital literacy by completing Functional Skills qualifications from Entry Level to Level 1.

Newcastle Careers and Guidance Team
Provides careers information, advice and guidance to young people aged between 13 and 19 including individuals aged 16-25 with an EHC Plan alongside support from their SEN caseworker. The team can support individuals to make positive choices about their future with information about college courses, apprenticeships, 6th form in schools, employment and a range of other options depending on needs and interests. www.newcastlecareers.org.uk has lots of useful information about opportunities after leaving school.
