Health and Safety in the Kitchen
This week we have had the Enterprise kitchen up and running. The learners have been learning about health and safety in the kitchen and about food hygiene which covers different modules of their Independent living course.
The learners have taken it in turns to safely use equipment, check the fridge and freezer temperature and to make a variety of food.
